Forgot until Friday

I have two Halloween pictures that I wanted to post today.
I was going to post them earlier but I forgot.

This picture was taken right by my front door
and the decorations are always different for different holidays.
I like to sit up here and look out the front door,
but right now I am not looking out of the front door.
Tabbycat likes to dress up for the holidays but I don't.
That's why when I sit here with Tabbycat, I look more festive too!Outside my front door you can see that there was a table
with my pumpkin and some black cats with cobs of corn
decorated for Halloween.
My Food Lady discovered that someone
had been eating the decorative corn
and scattered it all over the porch.
Someone even grabbed a big cob and took it under the bush
to finish eating the corn.
I think that it is a squirrel as one was seen running
when the door opened.

My responsibility was to alert my Food Lady when the culprit reappeared and then we would know for sure who ate the corn.

The sad part is I never found the culprit
and my Food Lady has since cleaned up the front porch.

Fun Friday with a New Toy!

China Cat and I entered
Dragonheart's Scavenger Hunt Contest
and guess what?
We were two of the winners.
Dragonheart sent us our prize in the mail and it's here! I really like envelopes
because they usually have some tape on them.
I am one of those cats that really like tape...
Anyway, I was so excited to see what was in the envelope. Wow, it's a Curly Lamb with catnip!
I went right for that catnip bag - yum!!!
My Food Lady had to take it away from me
so she could put it into Curly Lamb. I liked the cardboard that Curly Lamb came on.
I can certainly be a Cat With An Attitude! I was playing with Curly Lamb
but then I was momentarily distracted
by a bird flying by the screen. I really like Curly Lamb... Curly Lamb smells very catnippy... OK, let's play some more... Dragonheart, thank you so much for Curly Lamb!

By the way, the note that came with Curly Lamb
said that he came from The Animal Rescue Site
and when he was purchased 14.0 bowls of food
were provided to animals in shelters.

Full Monty Friday...

I did it! I was able to enter Monty Q's Contest.
I would like to share my entry here:

I have never done a Full Monty before - at least until August 12th.
While snoozing on the couch,
I rolled on to my back with my feet up.
~~~~~
I didn't know what a big deal it was
until my Food Lady was exclaiming "Full Monty" repeatedly
and flashing the flashy box.
There you go...I now have my entry!!! (P.S. I haven't done it again so far...)
I will show you my other "almost" entries later!
But now it's time to board the Friday Ark - everyone,

Fun on Friday

I found this terrific aqua hair band to play with this afternoon.
China Cat had been playing with it
but she also had the catnip toy so, lucky for me...
I get the aqua hair band toy.

Actually, she also left the catnip toy
when I strolled on over like I was ready to play too.
I like to throw it in the air and then run to where it lands.
Sometimes I am fast enough that it never lands
because I just catch it in the air!
OK, that doesn't happen a lot
but it's fun when it does happen that way!
And it's time to board the Friday Ark!
There's lots of kitties already on board.

Finally Friday

I love my porch.

It rained all morning but now it's cooler out...
And it's not raining now...

Fun Friday with Nip!

Oh, those catnip cigars...

We kept hearing how
wonderfully nippy they are...
And today we finally had that nip experience...We sensed that something different was in the air...
It was CATNIP!
We hoped that it was the cigars and...
We finally got the cigars... I am so excited and rolling around,
bumping into China Cat,
more rolling and chewing...
I might need nip anonymous... I didn't mean to really give China Cat
the smack-down...
but the nip....the nip.... rolling and chewing... rolling and rabbit kicking...still chewing... Oh, this is so good!

Friday Fish

I didn't expect this to happen today!

I received from my Food Lady!
Today is Friday and...
I heard my Food Lady opening a can.

No, it wasn't tomatoes today -
but it starts with a "T".
~~~~~ It was TUNA!!! Tuna for both of us today!
