Wacky New Toy

Ha Ha Ha
My Food Lady had to wrap a birthday present for a friend.
She had brought in the wrapping paper and tape
and left them on the rug.
That was, of course, where I was just hanging around,
under the coffee table, not doing much.

When she came back from the kitchen,
after getting the scissors,
all she could see on the rug were
my feet sticking out from under the coffee table! I had found the wrapping paper and tape
and pushed them under the coffee table.
The wrapping paper rolled
so it was very easy for me to do that.
I guess that I believed she put it on the floor
as a new toy for me.
Who doesn't love new toys???? I thought that maybe I would be able to keep the new toy
so I put my head on it and tried to look as cute as possible.
Cuteness goes a long way toward getting what you want.
Especially when you turn around and look upside down.
For some reason, my Food Lady finds this adorable.My Food Lady came around to my side of the coffee table
to see what exactly that I was doing with the paper.

See, I wasn't hurting anything.
I was just taking care of the new toy, er...
I mean your wrapping paper and tape.
Can I help wrap presents???
Is there a present for me too???

Something Unexpected

I found a bag to play with
so I quickly zoomed into it
as fast as I could.

I found out later
that I wasn't really hidden though
because as you can see
my tail was sticking out!
Ha ha ha!
Anyway, I quickly made my way up
to the front of the bag and luckily found a hole
there where I could peek out. My Food Lady thought it was very funny
because the logo on the bag says "something unexpected"
and the something was me!

So, it's time to visit all those cats!

Wacky Wednesday

This is where my water is - on top of the refrigerator.

I have water on the refrigerator!)

As you can see there are also
refrigerator magnets on the side.
They are all words about cats;
like, "fish" and "whisker" and "bird"
and even "siamese"!
I like to bite them or push them off.
First I look very carefully to one side... and then I focus very carefully
more to the middle and...finally I look all the way to the other side.
Then I bite them or swat them down to the floor.
My Food Lady laughs when I make my faces.
But I move so quickly she has no proof
of my swatting or biting!

My 2nd Movie Monday

Once again, I know I'm not a Meezer but I like movies
and last week I wrote how I enjoyed watching
Calais over at Crazy Meezer on Meezer Monday.
Well, in the comments section, Kaze told me
that I might enjoy the first movie that she did that week.
I was sitting on the couch when I heard her meowing. My Food Lady had her computer on the floor
so I jumped down and went over there.
I found her meowing on her video from January 11th.
It was a great video. I couldn't help but look for her.
Once again I tried to find out where
the meowing and purring was coming from. I think that I can see Kaze... I listened very carefully...
Maybe if I circle around I'll find her...
So, I'm just waiting here for Kaze...

My Meezer Monday...

It's Meezer Monday.
Yes, I know I am not a Meezer
by any stretch of the imagination.
However, there is a video over at Crazy Meezer
and I thought that Calais was here.

I looked under the desk first... I looked behind the computer screen... I looked on top of the computer... I jumped on the computer... Because I heard Meezer Meowing!

I also heard my Food Lady
laughing and laughing.
I'm surprised the pictures even turned out right,
she was laughing so much!

Now you can see how I am meowing too!

No Fishing...

OK, I found this great new box to sit in and I could even look out because of the clear sides on it. I didn't know that it was an aquarium for fish to swim in?!?!?

However, we do have an aquarium in the kitchen where I like to watch Darryl the neon tetra and Pable the plecostumus swim. But this aquarium had no water in it and it was sitting in the middle of the living room.

It was looking very box-like so I had to jump in. Wouldn't you?????

Wacky Mission: Orange Day

Hey look! I found an orange box for Mission: Orange. My Food Lady and the Big Janitor eat a lot of these clementines.
Way too citrusy for me but what a great box they come in. As you know, I am a big fan of boxes!

Wacky Wednesday

I was looking at the other Wacky Wednesday pictures
and found the great wacky picture of Missy Blue Eyes
drinking water out of a glass.

It reminded me of a picture that was taken of me last Christmas. See the Dad (aka the Big Janitor) put his beer pitcher filled with water on top of the refrigerator for watering the Christmas Tree.
I however discovered it up there
and proceeded to claim it as my own. So it has been my private drinking bowl for almost a year now!
China Cat never jumps up as high as I do - so it's all mine.
My Food Lady said that it could stay up there
because I liked it so much -
the Dad totally disagreed but she won that time.
